The nature in the Ardennes is a true source of inspiration, that we cherish so much. Nature is very important to us, and that’s what you will notice in and around our camping in Stavelot.

Did you know Stavelot was founded more than1500 years ago? You can see and feel it in the beautiful ancient centre of Stavelot. Stroll an afternoon through the beautiful little streets and marvel yourself. Close this with a delicious La Chouffe on one of the many terraces. Or with us, of course you can always ;-).

At Domaine de l’Eau Rouge there are enough facilities to make your holiday to the Belgian Ardennes a fantastic holiday. It is equipped with modern sanitary facilities, an outdoor swimming pool, a playground for children and a spacious canteen with a cozy terrace. Of course with nice drinks (refreshing in the summer and warming in the spring and autumn) and delicious food.

For the active ones among us there is plenty to experience at and around our campsite in Stavelot. For example, there are fantastic walking and cycling routes here. The Belgian Ardennes also lend themselves to activities such as trout fishing and archery.

The surroundings of Stavelot also offer great sights such as the Hotton Caves, Walloon mines, Reinhardstein, the Plopsacoo theme park. And last but not least: the F1 Circuit Spa Franchorchamps located just a stone’s throw from Camping l’Eau Rouge in Stavelot.
